We are gathering around a long, family-style table stretching from the Aegean shores to the canal city of Amsterdam. 🌿 Join us on Friday, June 26th for an intimate evening where Chef Esra Acar Koc and Fikret Kuşadalı will present a menu deeply inspired by Kişniş Vesaire’s travels around the Aegean, regional culinary heritage, and shared memories. Celebrating the flavors of both the Turkish and Greek coasts, the night will be filled with familiar tunes from both sides of the sea. Thoughtfully crafted dishes and shared plates will be perfectly paired with a glass of rakı, inviting slow conversations and the joy of a long summer evening by the water. Limited seats at our table. There will be wine also available for non-rakı drinkers.
